Final jog distance when loading a plate. After the plate is quickly lowered most of the way to the LECs, it is slowly lowered the rest of the way into the clamps this distance.

This parameter should be set small enough so that the plate is not bowing out before the load table vacuum is released and large enough so that the plate does not drop onto the pins when the vacuum is released.
Ideally, the plate should be just touching the registration pins before the vacuum is released.
